Nakuru Precedent Study, 2022. In our 301 studio, Nikita Rafikov and I were selected to study the Nakuru Project in Kenya as a precedent. This design incorporated passive construction strategies and locally sourced, cost-effective materials. Nikita led the project’s visual direction with a signature hand-drawn sketch aesthetic, adding a unique and beautiful touch to our work.
